Leather goods manufacturer Hidesign has partnered with Unicommerce, a leading Indian e-commerce enablement platform, to enhance its online and offline operations. By implementing Unicommerce’s technology, including the ‘No Frills Order Processing’ feature, Hidesign can streamline order processing from a centralized location.
Unicommerce offers extensive integrations with marketplaces, logistics, and accounting systems, allowing Hidesign to optimize its e-commerce operations and improve billing efficiency. The brand has already integrated over 50 stores and warehouses with Unicommerce’s platform.
Pujaspada Pandab, CFO of Hidesign, emphasized the importance of adopting the right technology as e-commerce grows. Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, noted that their partnership will support Hidesign in enhancing its post-purchase operations.
