Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, and Proximus Group, Belgium’s premier provider of digital services and communication solutions, have announced a new strategic collaboration aimed at unlocking fresh business opportunities.

This partnership will focus on a joint go-to-market strategy that leverages Proximus’ international affiliates’ top-tier products, including Route Mobile’s Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and Telesign’s Digital Identity (DI) solutions. When combined with Infosys’ digital services, this collaboration will drive innovation in omnichannel customer engagement and AI-powered digital assistants.

Additionally, it will bolster digital security by offering advanced DI and fraud protection solutions, ensuring secure and trustworthy online communication.
