Jeddah, Saudi Arabia : Mastek (NSE: MASTEK; BSE: 523704), a renowned partner in digital engineering and cloud transformation, has announced its successful bid for a multi-tower deal with Yanbu Cement Company (YCC) to enhance the efficiency of YCC’s production line. YCC, a trailblazer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) cement industry, embarked on a digital and cloud transformation journey with Mastek in 2022, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and Smart Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Following the completion of several back-office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects in the initial phase, Mastek is now commencing the second phase, which focuses on automating YCC’s front-office operations and streamlining the lead-to-cash cycle. Leveraging the Oracle Fusion stack across integrated layers of ERP systems, Mastek aims to empower YCC to enhance customer and employee experiences, reduce order fulfilment turnaround time (TAT), optimize material loading and dispatch processes, and achieve quality improvements with governance excellence.
In the initial phase, Mastek successfully migrated YCC’s EBS-based infrastructure to Oracle Fusion Cloud, implementing a comprehensive suite of Oracle Cloud modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), and Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
This project signifies a significant milestone for Mastek as it diversifies its revenue streams through CX Transformation, EX Transformation, and Industrial Edge offerings, positioning itself to tap into new market opportunities. With an enhanced focus on CX, EX, and connected enterprise solutions, Mastek aims to consolidate its position as a digital transformation leader in the Middle East region.
