The order pertains to the supply of additional quantities of Electronic Control Systems used in Thermal Imaging Fire Control Systems (TIFCS) for battle-tank applications, which OLF delivers to the Indian Armed Forces.

The new orders, scheduled for execution between December 2025 and September 2026, add to the company’s existing contract value of around ₹115.03 crore. With this amendment, the total order value for the supply of TIFCS-related Electronic Control Systems now stands at approximately ₹141.63 crore, including taxes.

Paras Defence confirmed that neither its promoters nor group companies hold any interest in OLF, and the orders do not fall under related-party transactions.
