PVR INOX Limited, India’s largest cinema chain, has unveiled its third cinema in Mohali, featuring the cutting-edge 4DX multi-sensory format. Located at Mohali Walk, Sector 62, Mohali, Punjab, the new 7-screen multiplex provides residents with an exceptional out-of-home entertainment destination, offering a fully immersive movie-watching experience.
This new addition will bolster PVR INOX’s presence in Punjab, bringing their total to 90 screens across 17 properties in the state, and contributing to their Northern India expansion with 466 screens across 101 properties. Strategically situated near the PCA Stadium Mohali, the new cinema boasts a total seating capacity of 1,022 and is equipped with state-of-the-art 4K laser projection technology, ensuring vivid colors, enhanced brightness, and sharp on-screen images.
The cinema features an immersive 4D auditorium that combines on-screen visuals with synchronized motion seats and environmental effects such as water, wind, fog, scent, and snow to elevate the viewing experience. Additionally, the screens are equipped with luxurious last-row recliners, advanced Dolby 7.1 audio, and Next-Gen 3D technology.
