Servotech Power Systems Ltd., the largest EV charger manufacturer in India, has secured a major contract to install 12 EV charging stations for the Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) within the Department of Power, Government of Kerala.
This contract requires Servotech to build 12 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations equipped with 30KW Fast DC EV Chargers at various locations within the Kerala Motor Vehicle Department. The scope of the contract includes the supply, commissioning, and construction of these EV charging stations.
The project, which has already commenced, will be carried out in two phases. The first phase involves the installation of 4 EV charging stations, while the second phase will see the installation of an additional 8 stations.
This initiative aims to support Kerala’s transition to sustainable transportation by significantly enhancing the state’s EV charging infrastructure. As EV adoption increases, the demand for easily accessible charging options grows. These new stations will offer EV owners convenient recharging options while on the go.
