Kochi : V-Guard Consumer Products Limited (VCPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of V-Guard Industries Limited, has embarked on a significant venture by initiating commercial production of Kitchen Appliances, namely Mixer Grinder and Gas Stove. This endeavor represents a strategic move to diversify VCPL’s product portfolio and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, strategically located in Vapi, Gujarat, stands as a testament to VCPL’s commitment to innovation and excellence. The project, which commenced operations on March 6, 2024, required a substantial investment of approximately ₹20 crores.
This investment was made possible through internal accruals, reflecting VCPL’s financial prudence and stability. With an installed capacity of 7 lakh units per annum for Mixer Grinder and 3.60 lakh units per annum for Gas Stove production, the manufacturing facility is equipped to cater to the growing demand for high-quality kitchen appliances. This expansion underscores VCPL’s dedication to meeting consumer needs while driving growth and profitability in the dynamic consumer products market.
