Each newly established Industry Group is overseen by an IG Head, responsible for managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and selling Generative AI Business Services (GBS) to both existing and potential clients, in addition to overseeing Product & Digital Engineering Services (PDES) and Infrastructure Management & Security Services (IMSS). As a key market-facing leadership role, the IG Head assumes ownership of the IG’s strategy, business plan, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, domain proficiency, and overall customer and employee satisfaction. Moreover, each IG Cluster will be supported by dedicated teams comprising domain experts, specialized Business Development Managers (BDMs) for existing account expansion, and internal consulting capabilities.
