DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited and Volatus Aerospace Inc. have formed a strategic partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on December 17, 2024.
The collaboration aims to revolutionize drone-based logistics in India by combining DroneAcharya’s expertise in drone surveying and training with Volatus Aerospace’s cutting-edge delivery solutions. As part of the agreement, DroneAcharya will serve as Volatus’ manufacturing partner in India, enabling the local production of advanced drones like the Condor, a heavy-payload logistics drone capable of carrying 180 kilograms.
The partnership also focuses on targeting institutional sales opportunities across India, with DroneAcharya leading business development and client engagement, while Volatus provides technical support and demonstrations.
Additionally, the collaboration facilitates the exchange of technology, allowing Volatus to integrate DroneAcharya’s expertise in FPV drone technology and room intervention solutions into its offerings. This partnership marks a significant step in integrating advanced drone technology into mainstream logistics, setting new benchmarks for innovation and efficiency in the sector.
