Park Medi World Limited has announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Mehar Mediserve LLP, the operator of Mehar Hospital in Zirakpur, Punjab, for an estimated consideration of approximately ₹107 crore. The company disclosed the transaction under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
According to the filing, the acquisition is aimed at strengthening Park Medi World’s healthcare network while creating operational synergies and achieving economies of scale through the strategic deployment of assets in high-potential markets. The transaction is not classified as a related-party transaction.
The target entity, Mehar Mediserve LLP, operates in the healthcare and hospital sector. For the financial year 2025-26, the LLP reported an unaudited turnover of ₹19.10 crore.
Park Medi World said the acquisition will be completed through a cash transaction, with the company acquiring a 100% stake in the target entity. The acquisition is expected to be completed on December 3, 2026, when the revised partnership deed is signed.
Mehar Hospital, operated by Mehar Mediserve LLP, was incorporated on October 10, 2016, and is located in Zirakpur, Punjab. The multi-speciality hospital has a capacity of more than 150 beds and serves Zirakpur and the wider Tricity region. The company stated that the hospital’s location in one of North India’s fast-growing urban clusters makes it a strategic addition to Park Group’s healthcare network.
Park Medi World also stated that no governmental or regulatory approvals are required for completing the acquisition.
