Bondada Engineering Limited has been awarded a Letter of Award by Lumina Clean Energy Private Limited, Purelight Energy Private Limited, and VVKR Photovoltaics Energy Private Limited. The aforementioned companies are special purpose vehicles (SPVs) established by the PPA owners, Paradigm IT Technologies Pvt Ltd and Metalcraft Forming Industries Pvt Ltd, both of which are software companies based in India.

The scope of work for this project includes the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of grid-connected distributed solar power plants. These plants are aimed at solarizing selected agricultural feeders at the substation (SS) level within the MSEDCL jurisdiction.

The project also encompasses the installation of the associated 11 kV line to connect the plant with the respective SS, as well as the implementation of a Remote Monitoring System (RMS) for the solar power plants. This initiative, named PM-KUSUM Solar Projects, will be executed across various districts in Maharashtra under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0. The overall capacity of the plants is 170.40 MW on a DC basis.

The total contract value is Rs. 5,75,74,73,650 (Rupees Five Hundred Seventy-Five Crore Seventy-Four Lakh Seventy-Three Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Only), inclusive of GST.
