- Borosil Limited Commissioned a production facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a daily capacity of 25 tonnes for manufacturing borosilicate glass pressware.
- The borosilicate glass furnace was officially launched today, January 31, 2024, at approximately 03:00 p.m. (IST). The company is set to commence trial production soon, aiming to achieve full commercial production by the end of February 2024.
- This initiative will lessen reliance on imports, enhance range of products, meet the demand for borosilicate glass pressware both domestically and internationally, and give a competitive advantage by reducing production costs.
