The acquired property, located in the IIE SIIDCUL Industrial Area at Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, spans approximately 47,000 square meters. The transaction, valued at ₹74.75 crore, was completed through an all-cash consideration.

According to the company, the acquisition is aimed at expanding capacity for the production of semi-finished goods, including footwear uppers, and the assembly of footwear. The move does not fall under the category of related party transactions, and no regulatory approvals are required except for transfer permission from SIIDCUL.

Campus Activewear currently has an annual manufacturing capacity of 8.4 million pairs of uppers and 30.7 million pairs of assembled footwear, with utilization levels of 80% and 75% respectively. The company plans to add an additional annualized capacity of 7.2 million pairs each for uppers and assembly over the next 2.5 years, supported by an estimated investment of ₹230 crore. The expansion will be financed through internal accruals.
