DCX Systems Limited has received purchase orders worth approximately ₹34.79 crore from its customers in the normal course of business for the manufacture and supply of cable and wire harness assemblies. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on Friday.
The company stated that the orders comprise both domestic and export business and relate to the manufacture and supply of cable and wire harness assemblies.
In a separate development, Raneal Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DCX Systems, has also secured purchase orders worth approximately ₹12.79 crore from its customers in the normal course of business.
According to the filing, the subsidiary’s orders involve the manufacture and supply of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies and include both domestic and export orders.
The combined value of the purchase orders received by DCX Systems and its wholly owned subsidiary stands at approximately ₹47.58 crore.
