Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEVIT) has received a new order from RajCOMP Info Services Ltd for the “Study, Design, Development, and Implementation of the Online Portal for RERA 2.0, Rajasthan.”
This initiative aims to support the State Government in ensuring a smooth operation and fostering the growth of a transparent, efficient, and competitive real estate sector, while also safeguarding the interests of allottees, promoters, and real estate agents. DEVIT will handle the necessary operations and maintenance, as well as enhance the application and portal.
The order have been awarded by a domestic state entity and are based on a fixed cost structure. The execution period is approximately 24 months, and the total consideration for the order is around 1 Crore.
