Key elements of the partnership include several strategic initiatives. DroneAcharya will take charge of selling SISIR’s SAR Satellite Constellation in the African and Southeast Asian markets, driving sales leadership in these regions. SISIR will contribute by providing SAR payloads and assisting in the development of a SAR-compatible satellite bus to ensure smooth integration.

Additionally, DroneAcharya will lead the commercialization of logistics drones developed by SISIR, operating on a royalty basis. The partnership also involves joint development efforts, with SISIR Radar acting as the Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and Research & Development (R&D) center, while DroneAcharya focuses on scaling manufacturing, marketing technologies, and managing customer-facing projects.

This partnership highlights DroneAcharya’s dedication to broadening its Drone and Space Tech portfolio, delivering significant value to private, public, government, and defense organizations, and reinforcing its status as a key industry leader.
