Genesys International Corporation Limited has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for a sum of Rs. 155.85 crores. This is for the Development, Implementation, and Maintenance of a 3D City model, as well as Change Detection utilizing Geospatial Technology for BMC. The award also has Veritas (I) Ltd as a consortium partner.
The project is slated for completion within a span of 18 months, with an additional three-year Annual Maintenance Contract after the project’s Go-Live phase. It’s noteworthy that neither the promoters nor any entities associated with them hold any interest in the entity awarding the contract. Moreover, this contract does not fall within the purview of related party transactions and is conducted at arm’s length, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
