HSCC (India) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited, has recently secured several significant projects. One of the key undertakings involves the construction of an additional 500 beds at the ESIC Medical College and Hospital in Faridabad, enhancing its capacity from 650 to 1,150 beds. This project is being executed on a deposit mode basis for the Employees State Insurance Corporation, Government of India, with an approximate value of ₹642.69 crores.
Additionally, HSCC has been awarded the construction of a 500-bedded ESIC Hospital in Manesar (Gurugram), Haryana, also on a deposit mode basis, valued at ₹679.79 crores. In total, these projects amount to approximately ₹1,322.48 crores.
