Infosys has teamed up with India’s largest life insurance provider LIC to advance its digital transformation through the DIVE (Digital Innovation and Value Enhancement) initiative. Infosys will develop a NextGen Digital Platform to provide seamless omnichannel interactions and hyper-personalized experiences for LIC’s stakeholders.

Leveraging its expertise and technologies like Infosys Topaz and Infosys Cobalt, Infosys will handle system integration, AI, and ongoing maintenance to support LIC’s digital evolution.

The NextGen Digital Platform will help LIC achieve the goals of DIVE by delivering top-tier digital solutions for all stakeholders, including customers, intermediaries, and the marketing team. It will also act as an open platform for easy integration with FinTech companies and Bancassurance partners.
