The collaboration has been formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between KPI Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Pvt. Ltd. (a KP Group entity), AHES Co. Ltd., and GH2 Solar Ltd. KPI GH will oversee development and operations, while AHES and GH2 will extend technical and strategic support. The partners will also facilitate offtake agreements, with AHES itself serving as a key offtaker. Target markets for the green ammonia include South Korea, Japan, and other international destinations.
The project will be powered by renewable energy and infrastructure from KP Group companies, including KPI Green Energy Ltd., K.P. Energy Ltd., and KP Green Engineering Ltd. This integrated approach is aimed at ensuring a sustainable, low-carbon feedstock for ammonia production.
