India : KPI Green has recently acquired substantial new orders totaling 9.40 MW for the development of solar power projects. This significant achievement underscores the company’s growing presence and expertise in the renewable energy sector. Specifically, KPI Green Energy Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a capacity of 5 MW within this project portfolio. Additionally, M/s. KPIG Energia Private Limited, another subsidiary of KPI Green, has been allocated a capacity of 4.40 MW under the ‘Captive Power Producer (CPP)’ Segment. This expansion into solar power projects marks a strategic move by KPI Green to diversify its energy portfolio and contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions.

KPI Green Energy Limited, along with its wholly owned subsidiary, KPIG Energia Private Limited, has been entrusted with the responsibility of developing solar power projects totaling 9.40 MW. These projects have been awarded by domestic entities M/s Sustainable Spinning & Commodities Pvt. Ltd., M/s Sharvil Tex Fab, M/s Dharma Fab, and M/s Raghuveer Tex. The completion of these projects is scheduled for the financial year 2024-25.
