PHINIA Inc. has entered into a partnership with LTIMindtree [NSE: LTIM, BSE: 540005] to enhance its IT infrastructure, application maintenance, and development processes. PHINIA, a global provider of fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions, aims to optimize its technology landscape through this collaboration. LTIMindtree will be responsible for IT operations management, application lifecycle support, and system modernization.

As part of the agreement, LTIMindtree will implement AI-driven automation, IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, and cloud-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and reduce application complexity. The focus will be on integrating DevOps methodologies, predictive analytics, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline workflows and enhance system reliability.
