Shakti Pumps Secures Order for 34,720 Off-Grid Solar Pumps Under PM-KUSUM Scheme

The empanelment follows the company’s receipt of a Letter of Empanelment from MSEDCL on August 12, 2025. As part of the first phase, 10,000 units were made available to farmers on August 27, 2025, through MSEDCL’s portal. All units were booked within just 1.5 hours, reflecting strong demand. The order is valued at around ₹268.88 crore, inclusive of GST.

Commenting on the development, Shakti Pumps Chairman Dinesh Patidar said the rapid response from farmers highlights their confidence in the company’s products and services. He added that the company remains committed to executing the order within the given timelines, supported by its established presence and execution capabilities in Maharashtra.
