Canarys Automations Limited has secured a contract worth ₹11.63 crore from Calibo India Private Limited for providing cloud services and support across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. The company disclosed the order on September 29, 2026, in a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges.
According to the filing, the contract has been awarded by Calibo India, which is based in Electronic City West, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The engagement covers cloud services and support as part of Calibo’s digital technology requirements.
Under the contract, Canarys Automations will provide services across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. The company will undertake the cloud-related services and support for the customer under the agreed scope of work.
The broad commercial consideration of the order is ₹11,63,52,000, equivalent to approximately ₹11.63 crore. The engagement will be valid from the date of signing of the Statement of Work (SOW), while the billing services engagement will remain valid for a period of 12 months.
The company stated that the order is from a domestic entity. It also disclosed that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the contract and that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions. The filing further states that the transaction is conducted on an arm’s-length basis.
Commenting on the order, Raghu Pavan, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Canarys Automations, said the contract involves providing AWS, GCP and Azure cloud services to Calibo India. He described the engagement as part of the company’s expansion in enterprise digital and cloud services.
Calibo India operates in the digital engineering space and has developed an enterprise data and digital orchestration platform that combines an internal developer portal with a data platform. According to Canarys Automations, the order is associated with supporting these digital technology requirements through cloud services.
The contract adds to Canarys Automations’ business in cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology services. The company’s scope under the engagement is focused on cloud platforms and related support services across three major public cloud ecosystems.
The order is expected to be executed over a 12-month billing period beginning from the signing of the SOW, subject to the terms and conditions agreed between the two companies.
