New Consolidated Construction Company Limited has secured a repeat construction mandate valued at ₹112.5 crore excluding GST from Lodha Developers Limited for the construction of the first residential tower at the Lodha Alibaug township in Mandwa, Maharashtra. The project is part of Phase 1 of the developer’s 200+ acre large-format residential development.
The scope of work includes reinforced cement concrete structural works for Tower 1 along with associated non-tower ancillary structures. Awarded through a competitive bidding process, the mandate covers a total built-up area of around 7.26 lakh square feet. The tower configuration comprises a G+3 podium, 35 upper floors, overhead tanks, lift machine rooms, and additional G+3 ancillary facilities.
Construction will be executed using a monolithic RCC system with aluminium formwork, a methodology commonly adopted for high-rise residential developments requiring speed, consistency, and structural precision. Construction activities at the Mandwa Alibaug site are expected to begin around mid-January 2026, with an estimated execution period of approximately 24 months.
This marks NCCCL’s third engagement with the Lodha Group, following earlier residential and commercial projects at Palava and Thane. The latest order further strengthens NCCCL’s order book and execution visibility in the residential real estate segment. The company is backed by Nisus Finance Services Co Limited, which acquired a majority stake in NCCCL in 2025, supporting its long-term growth across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
