Parsvnath Developers Limited has announced the completion of its residential plotted development project ‘Saatvik Green NX’ located at Raukhedi in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The project spans a total land area of 83,670 square meters, equivalent to 20.67 acres (8.37 hectares). The company confirmed that all development work has been completed and the completion certificate has been obtained from the Office of the Collector, District Indore.
The township is strategically located along the AB Bypass Road, also known as the Indore-Dewas Bypass, providing strong connectivity to key parts of the city. The site is situated near Manglia Toll Plaza and is in proximity to educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and commercial hubs. It is approximately 20 km from Indore Railway Station, 12 km from Bombay Hospital, and 11 km from Radisson Hotel.
The project has been designed as a fully serviced residential township, offering essential infrastructure and facilities aimed at providing a well-connected and convenient living environment. It features three categories of residential plots—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—with a total of 473 plots.
According to the company, the project was initiated in April 2024 and has now reached completion within the planned development timeline.
