Prime Cable Industries Limited has received a purchase order worth ₹16.49 crore, including GST, from a reputed Indian listed company for the supply of 11 KV medium-voltage (MV) cables. The company disclosed the order through a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India on September 29, 2026.
The order has a total value of ₹16,48,65,588, inclusive of GST. According to the filing, the contract covers the supply of MV cables rated at 11 KV and has been awarded by a domestic entity.
Prime Cable Industries said the order is scheduled to be executed within four months. The contract is classified as a domestic order and does not involve an international entity.
The company disclosed that neither its promoter or promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. It also stated that the transaction does not fall under the category of a related party transaction.
