On the consumer side, its CYBX Super App achieved over 18.87 lakh downloads and more than 2.32 lakh subscribers within its launch year, reflecting strong early adoption.

The company highlighted that CYBX integrates cybersecurity, privacy protection, and financial risk coverage into a unified platform aimed at mass-market adoption.

Shift Toward IP-Led Business Model

A key strategic shift during FY26 was the transition from a services-led model to an IP-led cybersecurity platform. The CYBX DNA division generated ₹54 crore in product revenue, validating the company’s focus on scalable, high-margin offerings.

The AI CyberOps platform alone contributed around ₹40 crore, demonstrating enterprise demand for automated threat detection and response systems.

Strategic Partnerships and Technology Focus

63SATS strengthened its ecosystem through partnerships with global cybersecurity firms, including Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, and others.

The company also expanded capabilities in AI-driven cybersecurity, DPDP compliance solutions, and managed security services, aligning with evolving regulatory and threat landscapes in India.

FY27 Outlook and Targets

Looking ahead, 63SATS Cybertech has set an ambitious FY27 revenue target of ₹350 crore with an EBITDA target of ₹40 crore.

The growth strategy is structured across three key engines:

  • OEM and alliance-led expansion
  • Focus on regulatory and AI-driven cybersecurity opportunities
  • Scaling of proprietary CYBX products

Management indicated that FY27 will focus on execution at scale, expanding enterprise engagements, and accelerating adoption of its consumer cybersecurity platform.

Industry Opportunity and Positioning

The company noted that India’s cybersecurity market is witnessing structural growth driven by regulatory mandates such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, increasing digitisation, and rising cyber threats.

63SATS aims to position itself as a comprehensive cybersecurity platform serving enterprises, governments, and individuals through an integrated architecture.
