PC Jeweller Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the CM Yuva Mission under the Department of MSME and Export Promotion, Government of Uttar Pradesh, as part of efforts to promote entrepreneurship development and employment generation in the state.
The agreement was signed on December 19, 2025, with the formal copy received by the company on December 23, 2025. This development follows the earlier approval granted by the Directorate of Industries and Enterprises Promotion, Government of Uttar Pradesh, which allowed PC Jeweller to be onboarded as a franchise brand on the CM-YUVA portal.
Under the proposed framework, PC Jeweller plans to facilitate the establishment of up to 1,000 jewellery retail franchise units. The initiative is designed to create opportunities for young entrepreneurs by enabling self-employment and supporting innovation-driven enterprise creation.
According to the company, the MoU formalises the commitment of both parties to build an enabling entrepreneurial ecosystem, enhance youth employability, and contribute to the broader economic development of Uttar Pradesh. The partnership is also expected to support the growth of the state’s MSME sector while providing PC Jeweller with an opportunity to expand its retail presence.
