Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the launch of Ola Insiders, an exclusive community engagement program aimed at its existing customer base of more than one million riders across India. The initiative is designed to strengthen customer retention while encouraging upgrades, additional vehicle purchases, and referrals within the company’s electric mobility ecosystem.

The newly introduced program provides structured ownership benefits focused on three key areas — vehicle upgrades, add-on purchases, and referral incentives. Under the upgrade program, customers using Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ola scooters can transition to the latest Gen 3 S1 scooter lineup or Roadster motorcycles with benefits of up to ₹50,000. The company said the initiative is intended to make upgrading to newer electric vehicle platforms more accessible while improving long-term ownership value.

In addition, Ola Insiders allows customers to add another Ola vehicle under the same registered ownership and receive benefits worth up to ₹20,000. These incentives include cashback offers and software advantages such as MoveOS upgrades. The company expects this feature to encourage multi-vehicle electric households as EV adoption continues to expand across India.

The program also incorporates a referral component aimed at accelerating customer-led growth. Existing riders can earn Ola credits of up to ₹5,000 for successful referrals, while new buyers joining through referrals receive a cashback benefit of ₹1,000 upon vehicle delivery, supporting community-driven expansion of electric mobility.

Ola Electric currently offers a wide portfolio of electric two-wheelers across premium and mass-market segments. The premium Gen 3 S1 portfolio includes the S1 Pro+ priced at ₹1,90,338 for the 5.2kWh variant and ₹1,70,338 for the 4kWh variant, while the S1 Pro models are priced at ₹1,44,999 and ₹1,24,999 depending on battery configuration.
