Advait Energy Transitions Limited has secured a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract worth ₹116 crore from KPI Green Energy Limited for a 200 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The company disclosed the order through a regulatory filing dated August 18, 2026.
The contract has been awarded to Advait Greenery Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions. The project involves a 200 MW solar ground-mounted HSAT 33 kV installation at Bikaner, Rajasthan.
Under the contract, Advait Greenery will undertake the project’s design, supply, services, testing and commissioning. The total contract value stands at ₹116 crore, excluding applicable taxes.
The company stated that the project is scheduled to be executed within 12 months. The order has been classified as a domestic contract, with KPI Green Energy Limited identified as the entity awarding the order.
Advait Energy Transitions also disclosed that there is no promoter or promoter-group interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company further stated that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
