Dynacons Systems Secures ₹267.58 Crore NPCI Data Centre Infrastructure Contract with Seven-Year Support Commitment

Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited has announced that it has secured a work order worth ₹267.58 crore (excluding GST) from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for data centre augmentation and enterprise server infrastructure.

The contract covers the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of enterprise server infrastructure to be deployed at NPCI data centres. The project also includes comprehensive maintenance and support services for a period of seven years, along with a 24x7x365 support commitment and warranty.

According to the filing, the order has been awarded by NPCI, a domestic entity responsible for operating India’s digital payments infrastructure. The contract value stands at ₹267.58 crore, excluding GST.

As part of the project scope, Dynacons will provide rack and stack services, maintenance support, spare parts, OEM-backed Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) support, helpdesk services, firmware and driver upgrades, operating system reviews, incident management, engineering support, coordination with OEMs for issue resolution, knowledge transfer services and other maintenance-related support required for NPCI’s operational infrastructure.

The company stated that the execution period for the contract is seven years.

Dynacons further clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
