HFCL Ltd has secured an export order worth approximately USD 46.13 million (around ₹441.53 crore) for the supply of optical fiber cables (OFC) to an international customer through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary.

The order has been awarded by an international customer under general contract conditions. The contract covers the supply of optical fiber cables as per the customer’s specifications. HFCL stated that the order will be executed by January 2027.

The company said the export order reinforces the confidence global customers have in its manufacturing capabilities, technological expertise and product quality. The contract has been received in the normal course of business.

HFCL also confirmed that the transaction does not involve any related party. The promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract.

The company added that the order was secured through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary as part of its international business operations.
