Waaree Energies Ltd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas Inc. has secured an international order for the supply of 236.22 MW solar modules. The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges under SEBI Listing Regulations.
According to the filing dated June 30 2026 the order was received on June 29 2026 from a renowned international customer engaged in developing and managing sustainable infrastructure solutions with a focus on renewable energy. The name of the customer has not been disclosed.
The contract involves the one time supply of 236.22 MW solar modules. Waaree said deliveries are scheduled to take place during the first and second quarters of the financial year 2027-28.
The company stated that the order has been awarded by an international entity and is not a related party transaction. It also confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
The latest order adds to Waaree’s international order pipeline and reflects continued demand for solar modules from overseas renewable energy projects. However the company did not disclose the financial value of the contract.
