Z-Tech India Limited has secured a contract from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) for the design, construction and operation of a children’s theme park at the Gomti Riverfront in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 28, 2026.
According to the company, the project will be executed under a Fixed Fee Model and includes Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for 20 years. The total estimated project capital cost is ₹12 crore, excluding GST.
Project to Be Developed Under a Public-Private Funding Model
The company said the approved capital expenditure structure provides for 50% funding by the Lucknow Development Authority, while the remaining 50% will be funded by Z-Tech India. The project is expected to create a new recreational destination along the Gomti Riverfront while incorporating sustainable infrastructure concepts.
Theme Park to Focus on Interactive Learning and Sustainability
According to Z-Tech India, the proposed children’s park is planned as an interactive, aqua-inspired destination that combines recreation with educational experiences. The park is expected to feature installations developed using recycled and scrap materials under an “Art to Waste” concept.
The company stated that the attractions are intended to promote creativity, learning, physical activity and environmental awareness for children and families.

- Maritime-themed interactive play areas.
- Mind puzzle and problem-solving activity zones.
- Reflexology and relaxation spaces.

Company Says Project Aligns With Sustainable Development Focus
In its business update, Z-Tech India said the project aligns with its focus on sustainable infrastructure and environmental solutions. The company stated that the development is designed to combine recreational facilities with environmentally responsible practices through the use of recycled materials and innovative design concepts.
