Olectra Greentech Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹26.66 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with ₹26.03 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company announced its financial results after a board meeting held on August 13, 2026.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹575.51 crore in the first quarter of FY27, compared with ₹347.22 crore in the same quarter of FY26, marking a year-on-year increase of around 65.8%.
Olectra Greentech Revenue Performance
Olectra Greentech reported total income of ₹577.69 crore for the June 2026 quarter, compared with ₹352.55 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenue from operations increased from ₹347.22 crore in Q1 FY26 to ₹575.51 crore in Q1 FY27. On a sequential basis, however, revenue was lower than ₹644.72 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.
The Mobility Division remained the company’s largest revenue contributor, generating ₹494.62 crore during the quarter. The Energy Division contributed ₹80.88 crore.
Profit Before Tax
Consolidated profit before tax stood at ₹34.69 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹33.80 crore in Q1 FY26. The figure was lower than the ₹79.81 crore reported in the preceding quarter.
After accounting for tax expenses, consolidated net profit attributable to the owners of the parent stood at ₹25.97 crore, while total consolidated net profit was ₹26.66 crore.
Segment Performance
The Mobility Division reported revenue of ₹494.62 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹292.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The Energy Division generated revenue of ₹80.88 crore, compared with ₹54.98 crore in Q1 FY26.
In terms of segment profit before tax and interest, the Mobility Division reported ₹40.43 crore, while the Energy Division contributed ₹17.85 crore. After accounting for interest and other adjustments, consolidated profit before tax stood at ₹34.69 crore.
Expenses
Total expenses stood at ₹548.81 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹321.56 crore in the same quarter last year.
Cost of materials consumed was ₹435.53 crore, while purchases of stock-in-trade stood at ₹0.46 crore. Employee benefit expenses were ₹22.35 crore and finance costs amounted to ₹23.59 crore during the quarter.
Earnings Per Share
Olectra Greentech reported basic earnings per share of ₹3.16 for Q1 FY27, compared with ₹3.17 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Diluted EPS stood at ₹3.16, compared with ₹3.17 in Q1 FY26.
Overall, Olectra Greentech’s Q1 FY27 results showed strong year-on-year revenue growth, led by the Mobility Division, while consolidated profit remained broadly stable compared with the year-ago quarter.
