PNC Infratech Q1 FY27 Results: PAT Jumps 234% YoY to ₹271 Crore and Revenue Rises 34% YoY to ₹1518 Crore

PNC Infratech Limited reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, highlighting improved performance on a consolidated basis, supported by execution momentum and contribution from arbitration awards.

The company announced that its consolidated revenue stood at ₹1,688 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹1,423 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of around 18.6%. Profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹332 crore, though it was lower compared to ₹431 crore reported in Q1 FY26.

On a standalone basis, revenue increased to ₹1,518 crore from ₹1,136 crore in the year-ago period, marking a growth of approximately 33.6% YoY. Standalone PAT rose significantly to ₹271 crore from ₹81 crore in Q1 FY26.

EBITDA for the consolidated business stood at ₹524 crore, compared to ₹367 crore in the same quarter last year, while standalone EBITDA came in at ₹375 crore versus ₹141 crore in Q1 FY26. The earnings were supported by the inclusion of arbitration award receipts linked to the Agra Bypass EPC project.

During FY27 so far, PNC Infratech secured five new orders, including two HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) projects from the National Highways Authority of India and three EPC projects from the Airports Authority of India and other authorities. The total value of these new projects stands at ₹4,259 crore.

The company noted that certain financial figures include arbitration award gains, which contributed to profitability during the quarter. Additionally, the previous year’s consolidated results included gains from asset monetisation, impacting year-on-year comparison in profit figures.

PNC Infratech continues to maintain a strong presence in infrastructure development, with a diversified portfolio spanning highways, bridges, airport runways, and industrial projects. The company remains focused on execution efficiency and order book expansion to sustain growth momentum.
