  • Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has once again demonstrated its leadership in customer satisfaction, securing the top spot in the 2023 French IT Sourcing Study conducted by the global think tank Whitelane Research. TCS maintained its position at the pinnacle for the fifth consecutive year, achieving an impressive satisfaction score of 84%.
  • Whitelane Research is an independent organization dedicated to comprehensive research on information technology procurement policies in Europe, and it hosts events across the continent. In collaboration with IT consulting firm Timspirit, the organization conducted the 2023 French IT Sourcing Study. This study stands as the largest independent survey conducted in France, involving 200 business managers and customers of IT service providers. It encompasses an extensive scope, covering 600 IT outsourcing contracts and 700 cloud service contracts.
  • TCS France has strengthened its leadership position by achieving a score that surpasses the sector’s average by 12%, establishing a notable 6% lead over the organization that secured the second position. Furthermore, the overall satisfaction score has experienced a substantial increase of 3%, indicating a significant improvement compared to the performance recorded in the previous year.
  • Operating in France since 1992, TCS has played a pivotal role in supporting over 80 prominent French companies during their growth and transformation journeys. This includes collaborating with 18 CAC40 companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, BNPP, Engie, Sodexo, Société Générale, Total, and more. Over the span of three decades, TCS has demonstrated its commitment to the country through substantial investments and the establishment of service centers in key locations such as Paris-Suresnes, Lille, and Poitiers. Notably, TCS has consistently earned recognition as one of the best employers in both Europe and France, achieving this distinction for 11 consecutive years by the Top Employers Institute.
  • TCS’ success in France is evident in its performance in the 2023 survey, showcasing notable achievements in key indicators. The company demonstrated excellence in account management, registering an impressive 87%, which is an 11% increase compared to the industry average. Additionally, TCS displayed remarkable proficiency in innovation and its capacity to drive transformation, scoring 79%, which is 15% higher than the industry average. Furthermore, the utilization of sustainable technologies by TCS received high recognition, securing a score of 78%, reflecting a substantial 13% increase compared to the industry average.
