Bengaluru : For the third consecutive season, the Defender Rally Series and Tata Elxsi are extending their partnership, further solidifying a bond established during the inaugural championship in 2022.
The 2024 Defender Rally Series is poised to be the most expansive yet, encompassing both the UK Championship and the European Baja Championship, following the successes of the 2022 and 2023 seasons. This season features seven demanding events across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, with each round accommodating up to 16 competitors.
Notably, several teams from the 2023 UK Championship have progressed to the European Baja Championship, which comprises four rounds spanning the UK, France, Spain, and Iceland.
Equipped to conquer the most challenging rally stages in the UK and Europe, the Defender 90 is engineered to withstand the rigors of rally competition, with all mechanical enhancements, rally support, competition entries, and vehicle logistics expertly managed by Bowler’s dedicated team.
Tata Elxsi, a global design and technology provider, will support all 2024 UK and international rounds, having aided in the development of the Defender 90 four years ago. Their ‘Xtreme Engineering’ principle suits the demanding environment of the Defender Rally Series.
