TVS Motor Company has announced that its TVS HLX series has surpassed 4 million global sales. First launched in 2013 in Africa, the HLX range is now available in 57 countries across Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. The motorcycle is widely used for personal transport, motorcycle taxis, and delivery services.

The HLX series has undergone multiple updates to meet market needs. Features such as induction-hardened forks, alloy wheels, flexible turn signal lamps, tubeless tyres, and USB charging have been introduced over time. In regions like Africa, where motorcycles are commonly used for business, the HLX has been equipped with larger seats and higher load capacity to support commercial use.

According to Rahul Nayak, Vice President, International Business, TVS Motor Company, reaching the 4 million sales mark reflects strong demand for the HLX series. He emphasized the company’s focus on after-sales service, availability of genuine spare parts, and financing options to make ownership more accessible. TVS has also expanded the HLX lineup with models like the HLX 150 DISC and HLX 150 F, aimed at delivery and commuting needs.

The HLX series reached 1 million sales by 2019 and added another 1 million in the last 24 months. With continued updates and expansion into new markets, TVS Motor Company expects further growth for the HLX series .
