Valiant Communications [BSE: 526775] has announced the receipt of its largest-ever order in company history for the supply and commissioning of Communication, Protection, and Synchronization equipment from Tejas Networks Limited [NSE: TEJASNET], a Tata Group company. The total value of the purchase order is INR 4,135 Lacs, with the Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO) serving as the end-user for the project.

Mr. Inder Mohan Sood, CEO of Valiant, commented on the development, stating, “Valiant is proud to partner with Tejas Networks on these opportunities to supply its Communication, Protection, and Synchronization equipment, which are manufactured and supplied under the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ initiatives of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.”

It is also noteworthy that Valiant has partnered with Tejas Networks on another GETCO project, where the company, along with its business partner Tejas, is the L1 bidder. This project, which is set to be issued under the “Make-in-India” initiative, presents a business opportunity of similar scale, with the final outcome yet to be determined.
