EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. : Wipro, a prominent technology services and consulting company listed on NYSE (WIT), BSE (507685), and NSE (WIPRO), has announced a strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).

Together, they are launching a GenAI solution within the newly established Customer Experience Center (CEC) at Wipro Cloud Studio’s Kodathi office, catering to global customers. This solution will harness Wipro’s Smart Operations platform and HPE Machine Learning Development Environment to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Through field testing, the solution aims to reduce the Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for GenAI applications by approximately 50%, decrease incident inflow by 30%, enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and streamline process cycle times, fostering continuous operational improvement. It is especially beneficial for industries heavily reliant on customer service, IT support, and operations, such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Moreover, clients will have the flexibility to choose from a diverse array of Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored to their specific business requirements.

Jo Debecker, Managing Partner of Wipro FullStride Cloud, emphasized the strong partnership with HPE in developing the GenAI platform. Marc Waters, Senior VP of Global Sales at HPE, highlighted the collaboration’s potential to expedite AI model development and deployment for customers.
