Zydus Wellness Ltd Q3 Highlights :
- For the quarter concluding on December 31, 2023, Zydus Wellness Ltd. disclosed consolidated net sales of Rs. 400 crores. The company recorded a Profit after Tax of Rs. 0.3 crores, inclusive of Rs. 3.4 crores in deferred Tax liability, which is a non-cash item.
- Numerous flagship brands such as Glucon-D, Everyuth, Nycil, and Nutralite maintained strong performance throughout the quarter.
- The Sugar Free brand upheld its dominance in the sugar substitute segment, commanding a remarkable market share of 96%. Glucon-D retained its top position in the Glucose powder category with a market share of 60%.
- Throughout the quarter, the company’s Complan brand demonstrated volume growth surpassing industry standards, achieving a 16% increase in penetration at the Moving Annual Total (MAT) level. The Health Foods Drink Category experienced a growth of 5.8% at the MAT level, with Complan securing a market share of 4.3%.
- Within the personal care segment, Zydus Wellness’s brands Nycil, Everyuth scrub, and Everyuth peel off have exceeded expectations within their respective categories. Nycil remains at the forefront, maintaining its top position with a market share of 35.1% in the prickly heat powder category.
- Everyuth Scrub retains its leadership with a market share of 44.4% in the facial scrub category, marking a growth of 263 basis points compared to the same period last year.
- Similarly, Everyuth Peel off maintains its leading position with a market share of 79.5% in the Peel off category, reflecting an increase of 113 basis points over the same period last year.
