NEW YORK : HCLTech, a prominent global technology firm, has announced an extension of its strategic partnership with Xerox, focusing on AI-driven engineering services and digital process operations (DPO). This partnership will support Xerox’s Reinvention initiative, which aims to fundamentally and structurally redesign the company for long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth.
HCLTech will utilize its expertise in automation, product and sustenance engineering, and process operations—including Order to Cash, Sales and Marketing Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Additionally, the company will deploy its advanced GenAI platform, HCLTech AI Force, to create a unified interface that transforms interactions for both employees and clients at Xerox.
The collaboration will also bolster the newly established Xerox Global Business Services (GBS) organization, helping to enhance key business metrics such as working capital, device connectivity, sales efficiency, and remote problem-solving effectiveness. This support is designed to integrate innovative capabilities and advance Xerox’s digital transformation agenda.
The partnership between Xerox and HCLTech began in 2009, initially concentrating on product engineering, IT, and process support services. HCLTech utilizes its extensive global delivery network, spanning India, Guatemala, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka, to aid Xerox’s digital transformation journey. Together, HCLTech and Xerox have secured 215 U.S. patents and established cutting-edge R&D labs that are seamlessly integrated with Xerox’s infrastructure and standards.
