Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the expansion of its Hyperservice initiative with the launch of dedicated Hyperservice Centres that offer a same-day service guarantee to eligible customers at no additional cost. The initiative is aimed at improving service turnaround time and enhancing the overall ownership experience for electric vehicle customers.
The first Hyperservice Centre has commenced operations in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. As part of the expansion plan, the company will progressively upgrade its existing service centres into Hyperservice Centres, beginning with select locations and extending the model across major cities.
The Hyperservice Centres are designed to streamline and accelerate vehicle servicing through a fully digital and transparent process. Customers can monitor every stage of service in real time, from check-in to delivery, enabling faster completion and greater visibility.
Customer-focused features at these centres include dedicated lounges, free Wi-Fi and a structured service workflow intended to minimise waiting time. The same-day service guarantee is positioned as a step towards setting new service benchmarks in the electric two-wheeler segment.
Following the Bengaluru launch, Ola Electric plans a phased pan-India rollout of Hyperservice Centres over the coming weeks. The expansion supports the company’s broader focus on strengthening service infrastructure and delivering a technology-driven, customer-first electric mobility ecosystem.
Alongside this initiative, the company is also expanding Hyperservice as an open platform by enabling access to genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools and service training modules for independent garages, mechanics and fleet operators. Customers can purchase certified spare parts through the Ola Electric app and website, while the nationwide in-app service appointment feature allows users to book service slots, track progress and manage service requirements digitally.
The Hyperservice expansion is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce vehicle downtime and support the growing adoption of electric vehicles across India.
