Digikore Studios Limited announces a significant milestone in its journey with the recent signing of a contract with Viacom18 Media Private Limited to produce 58 episodes of “Branded Content” for Jio Cinema. This agreement represents a crucial step in the company’s expansion into Branded Content, showcasing its commitment to delivering engaging programming to millions of viewers on Jio Cinema and various other OTT platforms worldwide.
The contract is projected to generate approximately Rs. 30 crores in revenue by the end of FY25, contributing to Digikore’s revised target of Rs. 70 crores for the same period. Importantly, Digikore Studios will retain the Intellectual Property rights for these shows indefinitely and globally.
Furthermore, the content will be made available on a variety of OTT platforms and digital media channels, including Binge Fever (owned by Digikore) on YouTube, allowing for accelerated content monetization starting in FY26 and the generation of recurring revenue for years to come. With this agreement, Digikore Studios is set to become one of the largest players in India’s Branded Content space.
