DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Ltd. (BSE: DRONACHRYA), India’s first publicly traded drone company announces its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with American Blast Systems (ABS) Inc., a U.S. leader in law enforcement and military safety products.

This collaboration aims to leverage the rapidly expanding drone markets in the U.S. and Europe, focusing on enterprise, industrial, and defense sectors. Recent market research highlights that the U.S. commercial drone market was valued at USD 6.39 billion in 2024, with projections reaching USD 14.11 billion by 2033, reflecting a CAGR of 9.2%.

Similarly, the Public Safety Drone Market, currently at USD 1.1 billion in 2023, is expected to grow to USD 2.0 billion by 2028, with a CAGR of 13.0%. The partnership will feature DroneAcharya’s “Make in India” drones being co-produced and branded in the U.S., enabling access to North and South American and European markets.

Emphasizing defense-grade solutions and anti-drone technology for various sectors, the collaboration will utilize ABS’s expertise in defense and security to promote DroneAcharya’s innovative offerings. This partnership presents a significant opportunity for DroneAcharya to expand its revenue streams and capture a notable share of the lucrative U.S. and European markets. With increasing demand in these regions, the company is well-positioned for substantial growth.

The two companies plan to launch drones for law enforcement, agriculture, and defense ahead of the festive season, co-designing and manufacturing them in Los Angeles to meet U.S. certification standards. Additionally, DroneAcharya will cross-sell ABS products in the Asian market, further enhancing its global presence.
