EMS Limited has received the Letter of Acceptance from Indore Municipal Corporation, Indore, for the design and construction of sewage treatment plants with installed capacities of 120, 40, and 35 MLD, along with all associated structures and related works.

The project also includes the operation and maintenance (O&M) of these facilities for 15 years on a DBOT (Design, Build, Operate, Transfer) basis. The estimated value of the order is approximately Rs. 41646.07 lakhs (Rupees Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Lakhs and Seven Thousand Only), with EMS Limited holding a 26% share in the joint venture partnership.

The nature of the contract involves not only the design and construction of the treatment plants but also the survey, review, and redesign of necessary components such as diversion works, interception sewers, and three pumping stations. The project is part of the National Mission for Clean Ganga in Indore city, Madhya Pradesh.
