EMS Limited has received the Letter of Award from Deltabulk Shipping India Pvt Ltd for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of the Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Nagpur, Sindi, in Wardha District, Maharashtra.
This project is part of the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan for Multi-modal Connectivity, which focuses on integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects. As part of this initiative, NHAI has entered into an agreement with M/s. DC Multi Modal Park (Nagpur) Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Deltabulk Shipping India Pvt Ltd.
The contract is based on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) framework. The estimated order value, excluding GST, is approximately Rs. 10508.02 lakhs, and the project is to be completed within 8 months.
