Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), listed on BSE and NSE, has launched a new customer experience (CX) hub in Cape Town, South Africa, to serve both new and existing clients. Located in Woodstock with easy access to transport, the hub will create leadership and frontline roles to support U.S., UK, and Australian clients. HGS aims to hire over 400 local employees in various customer experience and corporate support positions by March 2025.
South Africa, the second-largest economy in Africa, features a well-educated, digitally savvy, and English-speaking workforce, with four universities in the global top 500.
